Welcome back to Blunt Bites, your home for seasonal cannabis recipes that are easy to make and easy to dose. For spring, we’re keeping it light and flavorful with a lemon-honey vinaigrette infused with Veterans Choice Creations Full Extract Cannabis Oil (FECO). This one’s perfect for salad season, and it doesn’t require a stove or baking—just a jar, a few ingredients, and a steady hand with the oil.
This recipe is great for microdosing. FECO is highly potent, so you’ll only need a small amount per serving. It blends right into the dressing for a subtle, elevated effect that won’t overpower your meal.
Cannabis-Infused Lemon-Honey Vinaigrette
Yields: about 1 cup
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove, minced
salt and black pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon Veterans Choice Creations FECO
Instructions
In a jar or small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add olive oil and shake or whisk until emulsified.
Warm the FECO syringe slightly by rolling it between your hands, then dispense a rice-sized amount into the dressing.
Shake again to fully incorporate the oil.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serving suggestion: toss with spring greens, sliced strawberries, goat cheese, and toasted almonds. It also works great as a marinade for grilled chicken or roasted carrots.
Dosing tip: FECO is strong. Always stir well, label infused items clearly, and store away from kids or pets. Effects can take 1 to 2 hours to set in, so don’t go back for seconds too fast.
That’s your spring-friendly dose of Blunt Bites. Keep it fresh, keep it safe, and enjoy every bite. More recipes coming soon.
