Always store your pen upright (right side up) to avoid leaks or clogs. Keeping the pen in this position ensures the oil stays in place and ready for smooth vaporization. For best results, also store it at room temperature and avoid extreme heat or cold.

We recommend refilling your cartridge no more than 2-3 times to ensure optimal performance, flavor quality, and taste consistency impacting its overall functionality and your experience.

If your cartridge isn’t producing vapor, check if the battery is adequately charged and properly connected to the cartridge. Also, ensure that the cartridge is not clogged and the airway is clear.

Gently warming the cartridge can help loosen any clogs. You can also try gently pulling air through the cartridge without activating the battery.

Make sure the pen is fully charged. If you're still experiencing issues, it may be due to a blockage. Try gently cleaning the connection points with a cotton swab.
