Veterans Holdings Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This position is open for candidates who have strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dispensary relationships, and expanding market share within an assigned regional zone.

Regional Sales Zone:

Zone 2 – Central NY and Mohawk Valley The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales and dispensary relationships in the following counties: - Cortland- Madison- Onondaga- Oswego- Fulton- Herkimer- Montgomery- Oneida- Otsego - Schoharie- Delaware- Hamilton- Chenango- Lewis- Jefferson

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market expansion within the assigned regional zone.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with dispensary accounts to enhance brand visibility and sales.

  • Lead product education efforts, ensuring dispensary partners understand product benefits and promotions.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.

  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide reports on regional growth trends.

  • Maintain an updated shared calendar with scheduled dispensary visits, meetings, and strategic activities.

  • Submit weekly written reports detailing dispensary visits, sales updates, and team meeting insights.

  • Conduct a minimum of 5 dispensary visits per week to maintain strong relationships and drive sales.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (cannabis industry experience preferred).

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to negotiate and close deals.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.

  • Ability to travel within the assigned region and conduct in-person client meetings.

  • Reliable transportation is required for frequent travel within the designated regional zone.

  • Must maintain professionalism and compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $62,500-$75,000 per year Based on Experience.

  • Quarterly and year-end sales performance bonuses.

  • Vehicle/Cell Phone Allowance: $700 per month.

  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks’ vacation (10 business days) and 5 sick days.

  • Company-provided computer and necessary tools for remote work.

  • Travel Reimbursement for approved work-related expenses.
